I was following Akia on IG for a year. I reached out to her for a rent to own properties. After talking to Akia she gave me the confidence to move forward on purchasing my own home. Days later I got a call I was approve and let’s start looking. Long Story short I close on my home June 5, but throughout the whole process Akia was always on point with lenders, sellers and checking on the property.

I don't think I can say enough positive things about my experience working with Ms. Shaw. From the very first day she went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered and began working on getting us pre-approved. She was in contact everyday, even when she was suppose to be on vacation she took the time to reach out to see if we needed anything and worked on moving the process along. Ms. Shaw is very knowledgeable not only on the realtor side, but the finance side as well. She is also well versed when it comes to VA loans.
