After passing the state exam on the first try, Akia took the leap of faith, quit her great or pirate job, and start The Skye Group.

Ciara is a Minnesota native with a Bachelor’s Degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato in Marketing and Substance Abuse Counseling.
She moved to Georgia 3 years ago and started a career in marketing at The University System of Georgia. She fell in love with the world of real estate and decided to take her marketing expertise to Riverwood Properties as a Marketing Assistant. During her time there she learned the commercial real estate realm, research properties and successfully negotiate on behalf of clients.
As a realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy. Her bubbly yet sharp-witted personality allows her to connect with clients and make them feel like family. Simoine Baptiste
Simone is a Chicago native who has always been driven by a desire to help those around her. Instilled with an innate passion for bringing out the best in others, Simone has always thrived on cultivating compassion and connectivity. The University of Illinois at Chicago alum received a Bachelor of Psychology before lending her teaching skills to the education system, receiving a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and finally, obtaining her Georgia real estate license. Her love for building lasting relationships led her to the world of real estate where she has segued her solutions-oriented sensibility and passion for helping others in order to engage with clients on the front lines and ensure synchronicity behind the scenes.
